UPDATE!!!
well it has finally come for me but I gotten enough finances together "and with alot of help and suggestions from friends" I purchased my first armor.
the future TD "whatever, whatever, whatever, whatever....." is on its way!!!!!
The end result will be the Captain at Mos Esley road block.."move along" sceen
Here are my recent purchases for my TD: UPDATED 2-7-2012
TD armor ordered from AM... will be completed soon then to getting it painted aka DIRTY
TD boots from TKBoots arriving Tomorrow... Arrived months ago will be getting them dirty soon
MP 40 pouch will be arriving tuesday.... Arrived months ago and have recently been dyed black and sealed ready to be installed when the armor is done
Orange pauldron in hand... might need a touch of paint to make it dirty
Black underarmor on order. I purchased a unitard from renanaance danceware in California. It fits like a glove and has the pee zipper installed so easy access...
TD ANH derived helmet on it's way from ATA...Ordered two from ATA one is assembled and waiting for paint. The other is a spare...
Black gloves on the way... ordered the screen accurate chemical gloves from TROOPERBAY with the white traps already secured to the gloves.
vertical and diagional pouches will be made later by Brady... Brady those pouches are AWESOME thanks again
1. Needing a E-11 blaster, screen acurate for ANH. Ordered and should be at the house when I get home in a couple of days
2. Paint for transforming my sandy "using Pandatrooper's tutorial" I have paint needed to make my Sandy dirty with the tutorial I got from Pandatrooper. Hobby Lobby had loads of the perfect paint. Just FYI
3. "move along" #3 Backpack... Pheonix can you point me in the right direction either for purchasing prebuilt or building my own. The backpack will be done after I get approved no rush to get that done right away.
Will welcome any hints, suggestions and offers from anyone.
P.S. When I get approved I expect cookies!!!!!

you are gonna need to build the pack. the only things hard to get are radio , pluming piece and seed trays. a guy on mepd has them 4 sale right now. the radio box and top box are project boxes from radio shack. frame is pvc pipe. remember if you are going for mepd hasbro e 11 will not work. get the resin one from duppie doos. you will be the 4th td in bag. when it comes to dirty troopers, we know our stuff.

hey Waldo I'm still going to be as acurate as possible to ANH... screen acurate is the way to go.
1. the back pack I think I need to get it built myself using all the info you guys are suppling is like gold. So I will need all that Jason suggests and some refference pics and measurements and such... Can't wait till I start.
2. can I get approved with an Upgraded E-11 "lights and sound and viberations" or I need the plane E-11 for MEPD? I want the altered E-11 for parades and events so I might need 2 of them?
3. Does anyone know how to set up the TD helmet the way it is shown on my profile pic "road block Captain?" or point me in the right direction?
4. Any help is appreciated for sure but time might be a problem. I'll only be on land for 2 weeks starting on the 14th and probably back offshore for another 10 weeks.
I'm going to do what I can as much as I can

you don't need a gun to get in the 501st with a td. you do need a non hasbro to get mepd. you need to get very active on the mepd board. you will find everything you need there.
