We wanted the following for our members. 1. An outstanding rate 2. Close to the convention center 3. Beautiful hotel 4. Shuttle or trolley service to restaurants/entertainment We wanted to try and get a couple of hotel properties that were the "main" hotels for the 501st/RL. One of these hotels will most likely be the location for the 501st mixer. We understand that we cannot "police" members passing on the password to other forums and friends. The rates are not cheaper and there are cheaper rates at other hotels on the booking site. troopre Bast Alpha Garrison Executive Officer Joined: 02 Oct 2008 Posts: 509 : Location: Destrehan, LA Items	Posted: Wed Dec 30, 2009 2:32 pm    Post subject:   If you want to reserve for the Rosen Centre, you may need to reserve through TTG, which is the group handling the hotel reservations for C5. When I called the Rosen Centre to adjust my rates n dates, they had screwed up my dates (moved me to the 5th through the 9th). As such, I had to cancel and rebook. The number for TTG is 1-866-385-4836. The rate for the Rosen Centre for C5 is 119.00/night (two twin beds, double occupancy). Hope this helps. _________________
