If you already have an X-Box, trade it in for the 360...the 360 is backwards compatible...it will play any of your old Xbox games. That's what my hubby and I plan on doing! Very Happy

SO you can still play halo 1 & 2 on the 360!!!!

Sweetie, I'm poor also.
We actually haven't paid full price for a game yet...we either by the used ones at EB (which are MUCH cheaper), or trade in games and get great deals on new games.

I don't know where I would be without my trusty EB saver card. I get 10% off used games and am on their mailing list which sometimes has GREAT coupons for games.

To keep this on topic, I cannot wait for Destroy All Humans comes out. That game is going to be SOO funny!

Do you guys have a gamestop near you? There's one really close to where I am and they pretty cheap too. I just bought Animal Crossing for 20 bucks new. Shocked

I also have one of those cards that gives you 10% discount on used games. I'll check out EB, they sound good too.

I don't have a gamestop..but Gamestop is buying out EB games, so We'll be losing our EB games Crying or Very sad

and getting a gamestop instead eventually.

I don't buy at EB games here. They rip off prices when they are wayyy cheaper in other shops...like Big W or Kmart.

They aren't like that here....here they are much cheaper than any other store. Wal-mart is more expensive here than EB is, and Wal-mart takes a few extra days to get a new game in.

We have a gamestop here & it rocks! Although I wish they would give you a little more on the games you trade in. If you pay 10 bucks to get their 10 % discount card, it is good toward any used game for a year.
But the cool thing is, you automatically get a subscription to Game Informer for 10 months. If you go out 7 buy one copy of the magazine by itself, it's almost 5 bucks. this magazine rocks! It is full of useful info.
ratings...reviews, inside info etc... I get the discount card just to get the freakin' magazine! lol! No homes & gardens for me! Shocked
