The second one is in the Stickley Brothers 1908 catalog, model 9017, but not in any of the other three reprints. That said, the pictured piece in the catalog shows a large attached mirror, the full width of the top, mounted on posts that appear to be mounted on the back at the outside ends. The wall mounted mirror in the CL ad could be the correct mirror but obviously the posts are missing. The other thing wrong are the knobs on the drawers - these should be ring pulls.
I don't see the first one in any of the S. Bros. catalog reprints but the hardware certainly looks Grand Rapids style. The brass tag looks too clean, and remember that fake tags have been sold on eBay for years.
I would say caution is advised. _________________

What was the original price? It looks like the lister got some updated information about the mirror and the hardware
This does appear to be a scarce dresser. There are only a few S. Bros. dressers in old liveauctioneers listings, all being other models, and they range roughly from 1000-4000. There could be some decent value in this if it's repaired correctly.
I want to know how you plan to talk it down to 600, I could use some new tricks _________________
