Keep in mind no decision has been made as what we will be doing. I hope that we will have a table for public information for both Dagobah and BAG. The paper work has been sent. We're trying to do some other activities as well like droid hunt, shoot the trooper and any other fun activity. WW wants to know how many admissioins we need. If you would like to volunteer at a table or another activity please add you name and tell me what days or both you would like to work. This would be a great way to prote our groups to sci-fi fans along the southeast region. The New Orleans Comic Con is on Jan 29 and 30th. Details will be worked out later. I'm sure a schedule will help allow any volunteer to have enough time to at least walk around and visit the show. Please let me know by tuesday night. Evidently He is the lead contact and has worked with other Garrisons. Please see the thread I posted for information on this. http://www.501stforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=59884 As of lastnight he recomended to first fill out the Fan Table request form and wanted to know how many passes we thought we needed. The forms were sent in by both BAG and Dagobah. I replied to him lastnight to allow a few days so that I could get a estimated count. As of now there has been no other activity has been planned. He will most likely offer suggestions once we know more. Once I know more I will post and we can all decided how we would participate. I've learned Jedi training isn't allowed, but shoot the trooper sounds like a lot of fun. Droid Hunt and is an option and Lesley Farquhar who is the lead on DH has offered her assistance. Charge a buck or two for the event? We could send half the proceeds to Children's Hospital and half to the Mardi Gras fund for the float? $.02 _________________
