From her hiding place on the mountain Robin is riveted awake by the sound of the horn from the valley below. She slowly walks to the edge of the cliff face and kneels down, peering at the armies below as they spread out like a plague across the valley. She cringes inward and fears for those that live in the town.

"please everyone....stay safe indoor." looking toward the cathedral she whispers aloud "Christopher don't fight to recklessly.....

With a shrill cry from a flying imp, christophers attention was diverted again. This time it was to a pillar of light that shot from the clouds, hitting the ground with blinding beam. He knew they were here. A smile crossed his face as he thought about a chance to see old friends. Decending from the dark clouds, bathing the area in a swirl of darkness and light, came the first of the angels. The were the commen class soldiers. Next came the Devine Knights and then the Archangels. But the dark army seemed to outnumber the newcomers.

The angels stood obediantly at attention, while the dark army seemed to swarm like ants on a food frenzy. There was one single gap down the middle of the two, that seemed to point directly to the town. After today, neutral territory wouldnt exist. After today, only one side will prevail. Christopher knew his side, he knew it well. Through the aeons, his loyalties never changed.

Christopher turned and entered the cathedral. It was time to suit up.

Another bright light flickered hight above the increasing hostile battlefeild. This one bright than the one before. It was so bright the imps and demons covered their eyes to sheild themselves from the burning holy light. The light slowly began to decent, and at the center a figure could be vaguely made out. Reaching the ground the light slowly faded to reveal the said figure. Christopher stood clad in a while armor, with his long glowing El Cid blade at his side. A golded halo hung just above his head to show his ascended nature. Christophers return to the front line was greeted with smiles from the other Angel's, they remembered him well.... But where unaware of what he was. But for now, he would lead them to a glorious end, in light or in darkness.

Now, if I may, I would like to draw your attention away from this for a moment...

See, the thing is with Phantom Lords, is that they are able to fake death.

"Christopher! I need help"

The Predecessor hears this, then vanishes again. Zyth runs up to Christopher.

"You left so abruptly. What happened?" Zyth asks.

Before Christopher could answer, The Predecessor reapered behind Zyth

"Time's up" The Predecessor stated

Apon hearing this, Zyth quickly started a fake death

The Predecessor plunged 2 meters of a 3 meter long blade trough Zyth's back. To make sure it was a kill shot, The Predecessor turned the blade and slashed through Zyth side. Zyth fell forwards, dead. No blood came out of him though.

No blood came out of Zyth because he was not truly dead

"It seems my work here is done...for now." The Predecessor stated before vanishing into darkness again...

Now with The Predecessor believing that Zyth was dead, the pressence of fear that was draining him so was gone, and he was more powerfull than he had been in a long time...

Zyth arose from his fake death, his would healed as he got up, and run towards the source of the light. He stood beside Christopher, his three meter long blade at the ready.

Zyth turned his head to look at Christopher

"Miss me?" Zyth asked, not having any idea what Christopher would think of Zyths return from Death...
