Last time I was there in N,O was for the holloween stuff.. Im sure this far in advance I can get a babysitter.. If you guys want I can let the other troopers here know about this event. Not sure if they know or not..

The more people to show up for this event the better. As always, all 501st members are welcome to attend our events. Just let me know how many will be able to attend so I can plan for it. Thanks! He mentioned he might be able to get two more to go with him so you might have three right there. I just found out that my neighbor can't watch the baby for this troop so I have to ask one other person here. The only way I can come is if I have a sitter. I would like to bring Gavin but then Id still be stuck..

I would like to know exactly what time everyone will be there so I can work up a schedule for everyone. I was thinking about having so many doing the Lazer Tag, so many doing the Miniature Golf and so many doing the meet & greet inside. I figured that we can rotate everyone around after a certain period of time. That way, things will stay organized. Since John donated an X-Box gaming system for the raffle, I went to EB Games and talked with a friend of mine who donated 5 Star Wars titled games for the X-Box. The games are previously played games, but are in great condition. He donated his own money to pay for them. I also went to K-Mart in Mandeville, and they donated a Titanium Die cast Clone Trooper for the raffle. The clone trooper is painted in the blue scheme of the 501st Legion. Office Depot also donated a roll of 2000 raffle tickets for the event. I have spoken with other stores who may also donate to this cause. This is what I did for the flyer.
