Dear Theatre members,

I have sent several letters to those who offended me last evening. They will apologise or feel my wrath. Should you need to contact me remember the password:

So that I know its one of you and not one of these rude individuals attempting to ambush me. I intend to deal with them in ones or twos as they tend to enjoy fighting in groups.

Though I expect they'll simply apologise if they wish to go unharmed.

You know I am not a man who gets enraged easily. But with what you did to the Lady Shu you have just managed that.

I will stand by what I said yesterday: You are a sick man. You need treatment. The sooner the better.

I will not appologize for my words, for they come from my heart. You have shown yesterday that you have lost your mind, that you are undependable and a danger to the lives of those arround you.
No sane person would risk the live of an ally for some stupid game of wannabe-king. With your actions, you have not only endangered the life of the Lady Shu, but also our relationship with our allies from the Gentlefolk. This is unacceptable from someone holding the position of an officer within our guild. I have therefore sent a letter to Captain Dynamo asking him to remove either one of us from the post of officer - for if he decides to keep a maniac like you as an officer, I cannot wear the cape of the Theatre any longer.

Feralheart, you better accept the truth: you are not a god, you are not a king and you are not a legend. You are a man who is sick in the head and needs help.

Dear Heidi,

after recent events I fear greatly for your life. Enoch poisoned Shu Fang, a person who I thought he loved very much, with dangerous mushrooms! He shurely has gone over the edge.

Please promise me to stay away from him until Dynamo has made a decision about the future. I suppose you have read my open letter to Enoch at the guild hall. I plan to stand true to my words. If Dynamo sides with the madman, I will leave the guild.

In case this comes true, I ask you to come with me. I know that is a hard thing to ask of you, but the only way I can make sure that you are save from that madman, other than killing him. And you know that I am not a cold blooded murderer. Yet I might turn into one if he ever hurt you.

I only wanted to let you know, so future events won't surprise you. And again: please stay away from Enoch.

I have not been a member of the circle or an officer for sometime. You have obviously been too busy with your books to notice. I have never placed Shu in danger nor do I ever intend to place her in danger. You and others assume to much.

Not least of which your freedom to speak to a King in the tone of your letter. i will forgive you this time by my majesty and grace.

Feralhaert,

as any man capable of reading can see you are still enlisted on the guild roster as an officer. And as any man of at least minor intelligence knows there are only two ways to be removed from that post:
a) by verdict of the Captain
b) by leaving the guild and re-enlisting as a normal member

That you still are an officer speaks for itself, and it cannot be blamed on the captain for his personal matters seem to keep him away for a very long time.

You did not place Shu in danger, Enoch? In my youth I spent some time with my uncle, the father of Sakura and Ishtar, who was an excellent ranger. I also read a lot about mushrooms, for I had to survive on my own a lot of times. Every normal ranger would know how dangerous those mushrooms you used are. And as a Chosen you should know the dangers of a Bloodstone.

But talking reason to a madman is like pouring water into an ocean.

Yet I ask you:

If you are a King - where are your followers?

If you are a God - where are your worshippers?

And what does Melandru think of you proclaiming yourself a god? Does she still sing to you?

Dear Little mage,

Please control your excitement. Shu was never in danger for I was her guardian. As you can see she was unharmed and more than a little happy. Insinuated or assumed dangers do not strengthen an arguement.

Shu likes Mushrooms, and I cooked those of the consumable variety. Trust me she enjoyed them. Your insults are becoming tiresome and repetitve. I am neither mad nor a man. I am a god.

My followers are numerous and many. I will introduce you to them.

I demand no worship from my followers and thus I set them free from all such bonds. I am a gracious god.

Melandru sings to rangers. I have covered this point many times. Thus no she does not sing to me. Tyria's song is now mine to weave.

To make this brief. The reasent happenings have made many chose sides and make desissions.

This is mine. My desission will not have anything to do whit the theatre, but i will stand to the end by Enochs side like he has stood by mine. And if people will come after him, then they will have to face me as well.

I can understand the anger of what Enochs actions migh cause, but if you deside to go after him i will be forced to come in between and whit the blessing of the great god Grenth i will not be an easy opstacle for you to walk over.

TO ALL

I have been gone for a while, I had some thinking to do and some important tasks to accomplish. I thought I left the guild in a very good and stable position, all supplies arranged for, every creditor paid, and everyone in good spirits.

I visited for a day last week, and everything seemed as normal.

Now I return and I find everything in a turmoil, people disappeared, guild member set against other guild members.

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON?

I shall be around the Maguuma jungle tonight, so you know how to find me.

In the meantime please ponder the following:
Have you forgotten the world we're in and the greater need and greater danger out there? Have you forgotten all you have gone through together in the past?

There will always be a place in our hall for you should you return. Something tells me you most likely will never return, but when things get tough out there, you might get some warmth from knowing this.

Please forgive us if these words of ours seem harsh, but you really should know better than to consider The theatre stable. Even in our limited stay here The Theatre has gone through many ups and downs, as far as we are concerned the only stable thing about The Theatre is that it is not.

One other thing though, deep down we know this, that the loyalty we share to each other in The Theatre will overcome any difficltuties as they arise.

Should, as in this case, loyalty conflict with ones personal sense of honor, we still feel that we could safely trust everyone here with our lives, in the conviction that they bound by their personal sense of honor and basic goodness, would not let anything happen to us.

For this is how we choose to describe our people, good and honorable.

As for detailed descriptions of what has transpired i am sure someone from the guild will be able to tell you in person when you arrive.

Dear Zenaide,

I am happy to see you return to our hall. As far as I could observe (and was also told by others) you are a little closer to Enoch than most of us, so there might be a chance to get him back in touch with reality.

After considering my observations, listening to other people and digging for those little bits of truth in Enoch's mad words this is my account on the recent events:

First of all it seems Enoch has come up with a habbit of eating certain mushrooms and/or herbs. He now not only calls himself the King of 'Bloodstone Fen' but also claims that Dynamo talks to him a lot and has made him a god. Needles to say that no other member of the guild has seen the Captain for quite some time now.

As we were nearing the day for the wedding of Shu Fang and Aldorn Greystaff, the Gentlefolk and their spin-offs decided to follow an old custom and host a stag night at the Slayer's hall. Unlike some of our guild I decided not to join that event (mostly because of where it was hosted), but I was told later on that a lot of alcohol was involved.

It appears that whilst Aldorn was drinking like an empty barrel, Shu Fang started worrying where he had gone to. Obviously he had not told her about the stag night. I do not know how things happened, but in the end Enoch found Shu Fang and tried to comfort her - which, up to this point, is all quite good and commendable.

But it seems that somehow Enoch got the strange idea of making Aldorn pay for leaving Shu Fang alone. So he fed her certain mushrooms and then, when her mind was totaly confused, abducted her to his 'Kingdome' at the Bloodstone.

As the wedding was to take place of course Shu Fang was missing. You should have seen Inigo, he was really trembling with fear for her. Well, then Enoch came in, again doing his 'I am a King and God' thing, asking everyone to bow to him. But as things turned out Enoch had not been too careful when poisoning Shu Fang with the mushrooms and carrying her away, because Inigo had found certain traces and observed some of Enochs doings. So we rather easily got a confession out of Enoch and he told us where he had hidden Shu, which made the whole party go to the Fen.

There we found Shu, wandering around with a confused mind. It became quite clear that it was the mushrooms doing this to her. Just for reference: I think that if the two of us would combine our mesmeric powers we would be able to put someone in a similar state.

In her state Shu did not recognize Aldorn, but thought he was an ambassador from the hous of Greystaff who had come for negotiantions with the house of Fang. She asked what he could offer her, then asked 'King' Enoch what he could offer her. Things then became a little confusing to me since the gathered Gentlefolk became more and more angry about the situation and started threatening to kill Enoch, but in the end Shu Fang fainted, but Aldorn was able to bring her back to her senses with some special water Enoch had prepared. After this she was her old self again, and the wedding finally took place.

Now Enoch's motives might have been good, but what he did was obviously plain madness. I do know some things about mushrooms, and I would have to say that the ones he used are very dangerous. A little bit too much, and you are dead. Enoch claims that Shu was never in danger - but then again he also claims to find his way from one point to another in the wilderness.
If Shu had died in the vicinity of the Bloodstone, that death might have been very final.

As a result of the events our current relations to the Gentlefolk are very strained, most of their people feeling a desire to kill Enoch. So he not only endangered Shu's life but also our relations to our allies, and all of this out of some sick state of mind and maybe (just a wild guess) jealousy of Aldorn getting Shu. I only hope that they are satisfied after killing Enoch and not turn this into a war between our guilds.

I really believe Enoch needs treatment, and he surely should not remain an officer while he is in his current state. I have been willing to tollerate his behaviour while he did not harm anyone, but with this actions he has clearly crossed the line. I have therefore written a letter to our Captain asking him to relieve either Enoch or me from our duties as an officer, but I have not received an answer yet.

Confronted with this Enoch claims that he has not been an officer for quite some time now. And yes, I remember his letter regarding this topic. But he is still enlisted as an officer in our magical guild roster, and he is still wearing the officer's badges. It is not in our powers to remove this, it would have to be done by the Captain or by Enoch himself. Which I think just shows how serious he is about not being an officer anymore. Or to say it in the words he so loves himself:
"Actions speak louder that words."

Well I am afraid Enoch's recent actions have indeed been very loud.

I would also like to let you know that I am a little disturbed about Cains open letter, saying that he will kill everyone who tries to go after Enoch. I understand that he does this for the sake of old times, but I can only hope that our allies really understand that this is a personal decision of Cain and not one of the Theatre. Else we might already be much closer to a war with the Gentlefolk and especially their crazy military wing than I would like.

All of this lets me doubt the general mental sanity of the leadership of the Theatre, yet with your return I have the hope that madness and selfishnes no longer outnumber reason and interest in the guild's well-being among the officers present.

Dear Theatre members,

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the misunderstanding generated by my recent actions. i have also come to know that certain individuals amongst you have given the Captain an ultamatum to the effect of "either Enoch goes or I do". while I feel this to be an incrediblly childish action it is there choice and possibly nature to take such action. In the absence of Dynamo I request that you discuss amongst yourself to choose as per the ultamatum or educate the child throwing his/her tantrum or take whatever other action you see fit.

My request is that those amongst you who feel unable to hold your tongues or act in a fitting manner while in my presence, do not enter my presence. I have little time or tolerance for such individuals and feel uncomfortable fighting at their sides for I cannot trust their sword to have my back, rather I fear that their swords may be aimed at it.

I'll await your verdict concerning who goes or stays or is told to shut their mouth and will honour it.

Enoch,

My house is too honourable to stab you in the back. However, this dosent mean we are satisfied to fight alongside you after your recent actions.

As you know, my sister recently left us, my cousin is now a priest of the Gods you now denounce and I am myself of holy blood, my father having been a priest of Balthazar, my mother a strong Air elementalist.

Our quarrels with you grow, and yet we still do not wish to lose our friends in the theatre. I cannot force my cousin not to wish to find a guild where he does not have to put up with your blasphemy, in fact I support this move.

You call us childish, yet you fail to give satisfactory reasons for your actions, which makes us seen somuch more adult than you.

You say that you cannot trust our blades, yet you were the first one to choose not to help his friends. Chris did not forget when you openly said you would let him die, then laughed as he did so.

Despite this, Chris choose to keep you alive, putting himself between you and Jean, making Jean back down.

You insult us, and so drive us farther from you.

Only a public apology will begin to turn our heads, not some letter that says sorry and then insults us again.

Watch your front.

Enoch Feralheart.

Frankly I am annoyed with you, I have always accepted you as who you are, I have thought you amusing and I have even to some degree enjoyed the abuse that have gone my way. Admitted, i have trouble accepting your recent behaviour, though I have all in all believed that there have been good intentions behind your actions.

But to so doubt my honor is not something that I can accept, it is my belief that the members of the Theatre should answer to the Theatre because i believe in the goodness inherent in our guild. It is therefore a given that i will stand by your side in any fight, and for you to doubt that speaks ill of your present state of mind.

I will not demand any apologies, though this seems the trend these days, i will just have to express my concern about you and ensure you that until the Theatre decides otherwise the loyalty of my blade will be beyond question.

On the above you have my word, and there is only one thing that i value above my honor, my gods, my word.
