Valerie

Valerie's divine protection saved her from the worst of the flames, and she dropped down from her horse to heal Haldiel of his wounds.

((I posted this earlier, I swear. It must not've stuck. I passed the reflex save, failed the quick dismount, and healed Haldiel for however much he needed from my LoH, which I'll know the amount of once he posts his save.))

Haldiel Ameth

Haldiel leaps from his stricken mount, dodging most of the freezing blast in the process.

There'd been no time for planning, no real time for tactics - and Haldiel was already cursing himself for not properly anticipating an ambush at close range while en route. He was so busy recovering from the horse and setting into the wolf beside him that it took a few moments to deal with more than just the direct threat in front of him...

"Valerie, help Dras!"

And then, fighting defensively and arcing his hand in arcane jestures, he brought his blade around in a wide arc just as it lept into flame...

((Arcane Smite, channeling Combust.
Attack: 10+10 = 20.
Damage: 1d8+4+6d8 = (2)+4+(3+4+4+7+4+7) = 29.
With flame vulnerability = 49 damage.
DC 17 reflex save vs catching fire.))

((The wolves beyond the WoE make their saves and circle around.
Dras' target wolf does not catch on fire.
Haldiel's target wolf catches on fire and falls unconscious on its turn.
I dismounted Valerie to the only legal square next to Haldiel.
Baragil's arrow gets drawn on the map to remind me which one is which.
More cold breaths:
12 cold damage to Haldiel and his horse, which is unconscious, fails its save and dies.
Haldiel gets a DC 16 Reflex save for half.
10 cold damage, Reflex DC 16 half to Dras and Thorn.
Thorn's horse is unconscious at -1.
Valerie's horse is at 15/30.
Valerie is bitten for 12 damage, 2 of it cold.
Vord's horse is bitten for 19 damage, 5 of it cold.
Cassie casts Scorching Ray at the wolf which breathed on Dras, fails at damage.))
