The parade and the party were great fun. We will be invited back to next years parade. We were a big hit and they were thrilled to have us. Thanks to everyone who came out in costume and those who walked. I think it was a whole new group of wranglers, which is great as we are always in need of non-costumed people to troop with us.

The party went better than I had hoped. It was so fun to have so many people to properly appreciate my Star Wars tree and room!!!! And nothing went missing. LOL I think Tommy had a stroke when he saw I had opened and displayed the Gentle Giant figures.

You know it's a good party when the mop gets used in the middle of it.

This was a great parade, and Im so glad the weather held!
Brian did a fantastic job as our Vader for the night, and I could hear the kids screaming DARTH VADER as we got close!
Lots of cameras out last night, and Scott from Baton Rouges Around Town Show was commenting on the group as we passed the review stands. I have been interviewed by him a few times for the local model club and he and his staff are SW fans

tremendous thanks to Karen and Allen for letting us invade thier home!

BAG is in the newspaper again!

The Baton Rouge Advocate newspaper has a front page story on the Christmas parade.

On page 6A there is a good picture of Brian Vader with Sandy.

Yeah I had a great time as well. Patrick too. He's definitely up for doing more things with you all! I just wish I could have stayed at the party longer.

I had. a great time wrangling with you guys tonight in BR! Thanks to everyone for chatting with me and making me feel like part of the team. Sorry I couldn't come to the party after as I didn't know I could ask to crash someone's sofa for the night until I'd already planned to come home. Next time I'm glad to know I can ask.
