Awesome pics indeed - I've got an email in to try and get a copy of the picture the photographer at the event took. When I hear back from him I'll let everyone know in case they want a copy.

As Dewka mentioned, all the pictures from the events have been posted on the RSR site. You can see the pictures for the Toy Distribution and the Christmas Party in the Picture Gallery (or click the previous links). We would like to again say thanks to everyone who made it to any (and especially all) of the events - be sure and check our forum post (or click here) for a congrats from the people at Cancer Services as well.

awesome to hear David, we'll be on the look out for that link.

It was a great event, had a blast, everyone there said they did to, the crowd was kewl, took many-a-pics with everyone. I'm glad that I was able to help out in the collecting of toys and the passing out of them. The kids were great and very happy to see them haveing a wonderful day.

Lee's Airborne Trooper was top notch also, congrats on a amazing costume bud.

I just saw a short spot on the toy distribution today on WAFB channel 9 news. Wayne was interviewed on camera, Josh (TK) and Rodney (SithLord) were featured, Karen (Snowbunny Padme) is seen in the background, and Tommy and Wayne stood out with thier lightsabres on the dance floor Nice piece, it should go up on the WAFB.com website soon.

Ok everyone, we're on countdown to this event and I've compiled a list of everyone who's mentioned they will be attending the Toy Distribution event on Sunday (12/14).

If you're not on this list and want to come, be sure and post here so we know you're coming! (if you've got a question mark - the last I saw, you were going to try and make it - hope you're feeling better BlueeyedPadme)

Tommy and I will be at the Embassy Suites hotel (click for map) at 12:00pm so everyone can get there and get changed into costume as we want to have everyone in costume and ready for 1 o'clock sharp. They are going to have a registration table that they'd like a few of us to hang out/help out at, plus they'll need a few with Santa as well and everyone else can just mingle around (plus I'm sure we'll switch in and out of positions throughout the event). The luncheon starts at 1:30 and they hand out stocking to all the kids at the end of the event as they leave, so the event should end on-time at 3pm, but we may be there a little over before going back to change.

I'd like to thank everyone in advance who can make this - those making the trek up here, those coming in costume and those coming to support us, you'll be glad that you made this event and the kids are going to have a blast! The entire staff is already buzzing about this event - I know we will not disappoint and it's because of you that makes that possible!

I will update if needed tomorrow - see you on Sunday!
