Awrighty. Setting watches is a major problem one faces, given DnD's rules for spellcasters. I've come up with this schedule:

Hours | Watchers
----------------
0-2 | 1, 2
2-4 | 2, 3
4-6 | 3, 4
6-8 | 4, 5
8-10 | 5, 6
10-12 | 6, 7
12-14 | 7, 1

With this, everyone gets 10 hours of sleep in 14 hours of real time. 1, 2, 6 and 7 need 8 hours of sleep. 3, 4 and 5 need 9 hours. Since the first category people have a bit of free time, they can also do their memorization/prayers/whatever without further time loss.

I assume a scout needs like hide/ms/spot/listen to function without being Some Bumbling Adventurer rather than an actual scout.
